DESCRIPTION:2-3-4 September 2022\nFinally again, the drums roll, trumpets blare and flags hover; mighty are the neighs of the horses ready to compete in the Palio of the 10 Municipalities of Montagnana, to race in the rampart, framed by the red walls that recall a turbulent past.\nThe Palio dei 10 Comuni (Palio of the 10 Municipalities) is a historical commemoration that also tastes a bit like a fairy tale, in which the people of Montagnanese take part to compete for supremacy and the ‘Pallium’, a scarlet cloth embellished by the work of a contemporary master painter.
