In 2025, in fact, visitor numbers exceeded 100,000, and over 500 cheeses were entered in the competition. The 2026 edition will also maintain the international spirit established three years ago, hosting and showcasing three fascinating themes: <strong>Caseus Veneti, Caseus Italie, and Caseus Mundi<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>These will be two important days, full of opportunities to appreciate the authentic flavor of cheeses, featuring guided tastings, food and wine pairings, meetings with cheesemakers, masterclasses, and opportunities for learning and discussion. Our event calendar promises to be even more packed than last year\u2019s, with over 90 events that were already sold out before the festival even opened.
