The “Salone dei Sapori<\/strong> ” is the first food festival created in the heart of Padua\u2019s culinary scene to celebrate the 800th anniversary of Europe\u2019s oldest covered market<\/strong> and to link it to a major regional marketing initiative in collaboration with Slow Food and the University of Padua.<\/p>\n

The event is held at the Palazzo della Ragione<\/strong>(recently designated a UNESCO World Heritage<\/strong> Site) and the surrounding squares.
\nThe Palazzo della Ragione has hosted talks with speakers and distinguished guests, as well as cultural and institutional events aimed at professionals, food enthusiasts, and students.<\/p>\n

A multidisciplinary festival where the theme of taste is explored from every angle, with a program divided into two main areas: knowledge and flavors.<\/p>\n

\n The narrative section includes a program of food education, scientific research, entertainment, and experiences for the public, with the aim of promoting food culture, local excellence, and spreading good eating habits by encouraging consumption.<\/p>\n
