Christmas in Monselice

December 6 to January 6, 2026: music, solidarity, faith and rediscovery of the land.

Dec. 6 at 3 p.m. in Mazzini Square: opening of the Christmas Village with testimonial Samira Lui, directly from the TV program “Wheel of Fortune.” Children will be able to find Santa Claus.
December 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Mazzini Square: opening of the little houses of the Christmas Village.
At 3:00 p.m.: entertainment for children with the magician Alesgar.
At 4:00 p.m. in the Civic Tower : the Crib Exhibition is inaugurated.

Dec. 8 from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Mazzini Square: opening of the little houses of the Christmas Village.

Dec. 12 at 5 p.m. in San Biagio Public Library : Christmas readings with Sign Language translation (children ages 3 to 7). Free admission, with registration required.
Dec. 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Mazzini Square: opening of the Christmas Village cottages.
At 3 p.m. in Civic Tower: Nativity scene exhibition and the “Donate a game, take a game” initiative.
At 9 p.m. at St. James Church: “Christmas Jubilee Concert 2025” performed by the Antonio Gualtieri instrumental group directed by Erika Zerbetto, artistic direction Sandra Masin.

At 3 p.m. in Civic Tower with “Narrator”: Animated reading with Victorian atmosphere and “A Christmas Carol C. Dickens.”

At 3 p.m. in Civic Tower: Nativity scene exhibition and workshop “The Wool Tree.”
In the afternoon in Mazzini Square, children’s Christmas show and prize-giving for the most beautiful letter and prize-giving for the “Guess How Many Balls” event.
Dec. 23 and 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Mazzini Square: opening of the Christmas Village little houses.
Dec. 26 at 4:30 pm in the Church of St. James in Monselice: “Christmas Concert” by the Monselice Polyphonic Academy.
Dec. 27 at 3:30 p.m.: Closing Ceremony of the Jubilee Year with departure from St. George’s Church and arrival at Pieve santa Giustina (Old Cathedral).
December 30 at 8:30 pm at Cinema Corallo: Jubilee Closing Concert by the Association Liricamente : “La Traviata.” Free admission from 8 p.m. while seats last.
January 6, 2026 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm: Arrival of the witches at the Christmas Village and delivery of stockings to all children.
Throughout the day there will be the “Art in Gift” event, in which artists have the opportunity to display their works around the streets of Monselice.
From Dec. 8 to Dec. 21 the Contest : “The Most Beautiful Letter,” children can participate for free by posting their letters in the box in front of Santa’s house, at the Christmas Village or by sending them via e-mail to : pmonselice@gmail.com
The letters should specify first name, last name, date and phone number.
The winning children for the best letters will receive a gift on December 22 at the Christmas Village.

On each opening day of the Christmas Village, it will be possible to meet Santa Claus and enjoy hot chocolate, mulled wine, hot tea and caramel apples.
