Carnival in Padua

Sunday, February 8,
the big parade of floats returns to Prato della Valle.

From the morning “Confetti & Flavors,” the not-to-be-missed rendezvous with quality gastronomy to enjoy with friends.
From 10:30 a.m. opening Village “Confetti and Flavors”: sweets, truck food and gastronomy.

From 2:30 p.m.: Parade of floats

There will be 11 participating floats, from different municipalities in the province of Padua and other parts of the Veneto region, for a day of celebration open to all citizenship

Padua is preparing to celebrate Carnival with the traditional parade of floats, scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 8, in Prato della Valle.

A highly anticipated event that this year will present some organizational novelties, designed to make the day of celebration even more engaging for the public who, from Padua and outside the city, will reach the Prato della Valle.

In case of bad weather, the event will be made up on Monday, Feb. 16.
