82nd International Film Festival Venice
The 82nd. Mostra Internazionale d’Arte Cinematografica is organized by the Venice Biennale and will be held at the Venice Lido from August 27 to September 6, 2025.
The Exhibition aims to promote the knowledge and dissemination of international cinema in all its forms of art, entertainment and industry, in a spirit of freedom and dialogue. A section is devoted to the enhancement of restoration operations of classic films to contribute to a better knowledge of film history, particularly for the benefit of young audiences.
The official selection includes the sections Venice 82, Out of Competition, Orizzonti, Venice Spotlight, Venice Classics, Venice Immersive, Biennale College Cinema
