Salon of Tastes – 7th edition

The association Veneto Suoni e Sapori proposes the 7th edition of the event “Salone dei Sapori,” the first food festival born in the heart of Padua’s taste to enhance the 800 years of the oldest covered market in Europe and connect it to an important territorial marketing operation with the collaboration of slow food and the University of Padua.
The event aims to promotefood culture, excellence andfood and wine in the area, from wine consortia to craft breweries, from historic stores to young food&beverage entrepreneurs, as well as to spread good eating habits.

Organically grown food products will be on display and for sale.
Part of the area will be dedicated to entertainment and music.

The venue is the Palazzo della Ragione (recently recognized as a UNESCO heritage site) and surrounding squares.
The Palazzo della Ragione hosted talks with speakers, distinguished guests, cultural and institutional meetings dedicated to professionals, food enthusiasts and students.
