Mandala making and Dissolution Ceremony

The Tibetan monk Thupten, who comes from a Monastery in South India, will create a wonderful Mandala for us in order to wish us peace and give us positive energy for life. The Mandala, like so many other disciplines of oriental tradition, has the aim of improving the mental and physical health of the human being, inducing a state of serenity, optimism and rekindling hope in each individual, which in these very difficult times is disappearing. At about 6.30 p.m. the Mandala powder will be dissolved with prayer and meditation and placed in special packages, to bring all those present the wish for a happy future, peace and to give positive energy for life.

The PIAN-TALA exhibition is a collaboration between different actors concerned with solidarity, environmental protection and social education.
In practice, we sought to document the sustainable production of medicinal herbs in the Son Dong district in northern Vietnam. This activity aims to protect the rich biodiversity of the forest environment through the development of sustainable production of medicinal plants, to pass on the knowledge of Traditional Vietnamese Medicine (MTV), an ancient medicine, to better understand the relationship that Vietnamese people have with their land and also to contribute to poverty reduction in local communities through new activities.
