CASEUS – Cheeses of Excellence 21st edition

Once again this year the XXI edition of Caseus will take place in the prestigious Villa Contarini in Piazzola sul Brenta (PD), one of the most majestic Venetian villas, the perfect combination of art and food and wine culture.

The event will bring together large dairies and small alpine dairy producers, sparking a comparison that has been going on for a good 21 years and has seen exponential growth in participants and interest. In 2024, in fact, visitors exceeded 100,000 and more than 500 cheeses participated in the competition. The international spirit started three years ago will be maintained for the 2025 edition as well, hosting and presenting three fascinating tracks: Caseus Veneti, Caseus Italie and Caseus Mundi.

These will be two important days, full of opportunities to appreciate the authentic taste of cheeses, with guided tastings, food and wine pairings, meetings with cheesemakers, master classes and moments of education and discussion.
Our calendar of events promises to be even richer than last year, with more than 90 events that have already sold out before the opening of the event. In addition, this year, Caseus is hosting the twelfth edition of the Festival delle DOP Venete, to appreciate even more the excellence of the area’s dairy production.
