Prosciutto Festival – “Prosciutto Veneto PDO. Taste Experiences.”
The Prosciutto Festival returns to its most prestigious location, the splendid Vittorio Emanuele II Square, in a revamped guise: “Prosciutto Veneto PDO. Taste Experiences” will welcome its visitors from Thursday, May 14 to Sunday, May 17 and from Thursday, May 21 to Sunday, May 24, 2026.

The booth, renovated in space and proposals, will be divided into:
COURT OF TASTES (program >>),
active Thursday through Friday from 7 p.m. to midnight, Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight and Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight. Here, at large tables, you will be able to taste Veneto PDO Prosciutto accompanied by Morato Grissini, cheeses from La Casara Roncolato, melon from Azienda Agricola Ganzerla, pasta dishes from Hostaria San Benedetto Restaurant, DOC wines from the area, craft beers and all other offerings.
The SALOTTO DEL GUSTO (program >>)
on the other hand, will be dedicated to events, meetings, themed dinners and tastings, experiences in which Prosciutto Veneto DOP is tasted, known and enjoyed in its myriad aspects: from the most classic pairings and to the most original, refined and gritty proposals.
