The Mask at the Baths 2026 – 13th edition
“La Maschera alle Terme” is back in Abano Terme, the event that brings colors, music, tradition and entertainment to the heart of the city.
The appointment is for Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10, 2026, with a program designed to involve citizens, families and visitors in two days of celebration dedicated to the charm of Carnival and costume animation.
The event will open on Saturday, May 9, at 5 p.m. with historic dances from the 18th century, by the La Corte del Leon Association, in the Pedestrian Island in front of Hotel Orologio.
The evening will continue at 9 p.m. with “Lanterns at the Baths,” by Compagnia degli Anelli, with a candlelight costume parade through the streets of the Pedestrian Island, starting in front of Kursaal Gardens.
The event will continue on Sunday, May 10, at 10 a.m. with the Parade of Masks in front of the Jury, in the Pedestrian Island, starting from Jappelli Street and the jury positioned in front of the Hotel Orologio.
In the afternoon, at 3:30 p.m., the Parade of Masks will be held in the Thermal Urban Park, starting from the Thermal Forum, parade along the park and final award ceremony at the Thermal Forum.
“The Mask at the Baths” confirms itself as an event capable of enhancing the city center and offering an opportunity to meet and participate, in an evocative and festive atmosphere.
In case of bad weather the event will be cancelled.
